On January I requested service for my pool. Not only Britton's pool did not provide the service, they broke part of our equipment. It took over 2 months to get the pool service again to repair the equipment and close to 24 hrs of hold time on the phone to get this fixed. When I later tried to book another service I was told the pool bill was overdued (the service was completed 2-3 days before the call). Since I already had mailed the payment, they forced me to pay with a credit card to be later reimbursed before my new clim could be processed, after another 1hr20mins on hold and been transferred to at least 6 poor customer service representatives! I can not even try to tell you the emotional expense of this experience, but I hope that the facts help you as a customer choose some other better company.
