My husband and I had the bad idea of building our pool with Presidential Pools and Spa's.
First, we had a lick in our pool. We call customer service. They came to see our pool, charged us for the visit, and said there was no a problem with our pool. At the time we still had a warranty. Other pool company came to see our pool and said we should go back to Presidential Pools and use our warranty. THey never acknowledge the pool had a problem. After the warranty expired, we called them and never answer back. We finally went to Leslies. THeir service was wonderful.
