I purchased a pool filter motor from american best pool supply. They sent me a defective motor, so i called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything for me and then the customer service representative hung up the phone on me. I contact my credit card company and they called american best pool supply. They agreed to credit my credit card and send a call tag for their defective motor.instead of doing what they promised, they sent my name to a collection agency. I would beware of buying anything from american best pool supply, they have the worst customer service i ever encountered.
