My partner and that I bought a Kingsdwon Penticle bed and container springs March 20. There's a-10 year guarantee with this item. After resting about the bed for around annually and a few months there's really visable indention were we both rest having a difficulty in the centre. This can be a king-size bed. We returned to Bed Giant and informed them about this plus they mentioned nothing might be completed. And so I delivered a contact to Bed Large Headquarters and also the people at our nearby Bed Giant named and offered me the amount of Kingsdown. I named them-and they delivered me a Guarantee Evaluation Type to accomplish. We finished this type, required the images they needed and delivered it back. We obtained a notice the measurments needed to be 1 1/2 ins indention before they'd change the bed. You can easily observe that the bed has indentions on both edges even if it's totally composed with bedspread. We settled $1916.03 for the product and experience this is really unjust. The bed we'd before it was two decades old and didn't have this issue. But Mattress Giant claims you need to substitute your bed before it gets that old. Therefore we did. We ought to get a new bed and box springs. Exactly what a rip-off.
