After bringing my three comforters (two being down) to this dry cleaner, They had our contact information. They kept our belongings for seven days without a call. The reason we took our comforters in was beacause our 2yo child vomitted on them I wiped them with a towel and took them to the dry cleaner to be cleaned. Upon picking up the comforters my husband was told that they could not clean them, therefore they sat with vomitus on them for seven days without a call. The comforters are completely ruined (value$300.00). When I called the owner (MICHAEL) he began to verbally abuse me over the phone. He used words that would make a sailor blush. He also told me I had better never show my face in his store again. When I requested that he not use that type of language with a consumer he called me more very distasteful names, and slammed the phone down in my ear. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone.
