Concord Cleaners do not know how to properly clean expensive comforters. When I picked up my comforter, it was damp, flat, and torn.
When the comforter was destroyed, they ripped out the tag and claim it was not in tact before hand which is a lie. The comforter was only 7 months old.
They did not want to take ownership for their mistake.
We had to threaten to take them to small claims court for re-embursement for the destroyed comforter.
They just did not want to take responsibilty for their negligence.
We had to contact their home office manager to resolve the problem. It was like pulling teeth to get help.
It took 4-6 weeks to get the problem solved. Finaly, they gave us a $300 check for our comforter. Luckily, we still had the receipt since the comforter was only 7 mos old.
Needless to say, the very exact situation happened to my brother. He recieved the same run around we got, too. He used the Gregory St. Location, we used the Navy Blvd. Location that no longer exists.
The point is that Concord Cleaners at any location does not know how to dry clean comforters. They have very bad customer service. We will not do business with them again nor will we recommend their service.
