This company was hired by neighbor to come down and pave her driveway and when they arrived she did not have the money to pay for the whole job. So this company came to my house and my husband called me and stated that they would pave or driveway for 3,000.00 odd dollars, Mr. Heil got on the phone with me and I told him all i had was 2500.00 in my saving and that is all I could afford. He said let me see what i can do the next thing we knew he had sent his guys up and started digging in our driveway i called him at 910-223-6792 and asked him did he agree to do the job for 2500.00 dollars and he stated yes. I then asked him does this come with a warranty and he said yes 1year and we could not drive on it for 48 hrs and it would be 21/2 inches thick all the way down the driveway. I said ok so i left work early and he had left his son and the crew to do the job when they finished his son sat in my car and i asked him that it was 21/2 inches thick and he said yes and don't park on it for 48 hours. Well two days later i noticed that it had cracks coming in it and grass was coming threw it, so i called and left several messages and no one would ever called me back. I guess it was about 2 weeks later i spoke with Mr. Heil and he told me that he would have to call me back well 2 more weeks went by i had called and left messages at both numbers and no one never called me back. Finally 2 weeks ago today I called and Mr. Heil answered the phone and I told him that he was suppose to call me back and he stated that he had never talked to me and i said yes you have, and since you are on the phone i will tell you again all of the problems. He told me since he gave me such a good deal on the paving job i should not be calling him. I told him i was very glad i got a good deal but i have a contract and he was the one that promised that it would be 2 and 1/2 inches thick and if i should have any problems that they would fix them and he told me that he was not going to make a special trip out to my house when he was in the area in about 10 days he would come out and take a look at it, well guess what it has been about a month and i have not heard from him and i have called 2 times today 3-5-09 and left messages and know one has called yet and the other number 910-228-6792 is no longer in service. I am at the end of my rope with this guy so can you PLEASE HELP!
