Being new to San Antonio, we allowed a discussion with Derba Mills, owner of Clothesline Cleaners Corporation, to influence our decision in having her company clean our two comforters. Much to our dissapointment one of the comforters is ruined and the other is missing. We have tried on several occasions to speak with Derba Mills wanting an explanation as to what happened and how will we resolve the loss. She has refused to speak with us either by phone or face to face. We understand that mishaps will happen in business. What we do not understand is the unprofessional attitude that this woman has towards the customer. She motivates the consumer to seek legal assistance. The cost of the comforters is no longer the issue. It is the principle of not allowing this company to take advantage of the consumer by not following through on their commitment.
