Salesman James Extension 222 failed to delivered 4 pallets of Zoisia Grass valued at $847.01 and do not return calls after 10 days of promised delivery

14Jan09 placed an order # 18762 for Zoisia Emerald Grass with James, Ext # 222 with the understanding that it it will be delivered on 16-17 Jan, but it never happen, I contacted James but he failed to answer or return my calls, so up to now I feel that I have been taken for a ride for the sum of $847.01 and is no way I can get my money back!
