On July 19th I ordered sod from grass4sale.com and paid with my debit card the sum of $315.13. Order #17831. Do to constant rain their agent was not able to deliver the grass on the date given because it was "too wet". The agent told me my money was returned to Grass4sale.com and I should received my money from them. Since Grass4sale was not able to meet its obligation I purchased the sod from Home Depot and various other stores to host my daugther's Chrsitening. I contacted Grass4sale.com by email (no one answers their phone) and someone by the name of James Walker replied that I would receive a refund in 10 days. After a few weeks passed by i contacted Grass4sale.com on the phone# that was on my bank statement. A lady answered and told me this is not their number. After numerous email to James Walker or whoever he may be he has not replied to me at all. Here we are and it is now December I have still not received my $355.13. I have gone back to the web site and there's no refund policy posted. Still I believe if "grass4sale.com is not willing to oblige under FCC laws and regulations the government should cease their license. Please help me get my money back... Thanks
