Simply Stone Installers charged for work not done and did poor quality on work done

I hired Simply Stone Installers 12/08, owned by Ryan and Angela Frey of Reno, NV, to install granite counter tops. The bid was competitive, I thought at the time. Owner Ryan Frey would not except a discount coupon from our local mailing because "I'm already giving you a good deal" was my first red flag.

I hired an electrician/contractor to act as a foreman who did the relocation of cabinets, removal of a non-bearing wall, return the electrical AND fix the mess left when Ryan sawed into the pony wall and distroyed the drywall, which Ryan Frey of Simply Stone Installers was supposed to do, but didn't and charged me for it.

I've had to dust, my ceiling, walls, plants, blinds, furniture and Christmas tree because of the grinding of the granite IN THE HOUSE. My foreman said "this guys an idiot", but with my kitchen torn up and some granite already glued down ~ what do ya do?

This company dosen't care about it's customers. I've requested Angela, Ryan's wife, to look into it. Havn't heard from them, because they don't care.
