I have been following the complaints filed about this man for a period of time and I am totally disgusted. Dr. Joseph Frey at Partners in Achievement fed the courts misinformation and totally ignored documented information that was given to him. This man is an enemy of children in that he has total disregard them and the law. Frey does not follow rules and guidelines set by the governing bodies. This man is operating a "money mill" that needs to be shut down. Frey will ignore, bend, or totally change the facts. There has to be a way we can all connect with our stories and bring an end to this.
