About 3 months ago my boyfriend and I purchased a washer and dryer from Teppermans. The very first time we used the dryer, we realized right away that it was taking 3 hours to dry our clothes and there was water leaking out of the door.
We right away got in contact with the company who makes it (Samsung) after close to 3 weeks and a lot of fighting on the phone we finally got someone to come out and look at it. To make a long story short, they have been out here 3 times and its still broken.
While this was all going on we also made several calls to Teppermans, talk to a couple of managers and Teppermans refuses to refund our money or even exchange the dryer for another one that works. The company sold us a defective dryer and is willing to do nothing about it, and I was actually told by one manager that its not their problem its mine.
