Back on October 23 my husband and I purchased 2 twin mattresses and two twin box springs. Everything was left wrapped and put in storage. Yesterday, January 3 room ready to go. Take mattresses out of plastic wrap, realize padding only on top, read tag says " No box springs needed with these mattresses". Wow, sales person never told us that. Put box springs and mattresses on bed, really high. Call Sleepy's to question. Sales person now tells me you need lower box springs or bunkie boards. Forgot to mention it when we went in to purchase mattresses and box springs. But we did tell him it was for 5 year old girls and we wanted the beds to be low to ground. Talked us out of cheaper ones that had to be ordered. But offered ones in stock. Not once telling us that mattresses don't come padded on both sides anymore and that we don't need box springs. Yesterday, I was told several times and that I could purchase bunkie boards instead. Sorry, nothing Sleepy's could do for me "21" day policy. That's great but Sleepy's sales person is the one who sold us two boxsprings that we did not need. Sleepy's should do something because they are the ones who commited "Fraud". And now we are stuck with two box springs we don't need. And out money. Customer service reps and mangers at 1800Sleepy's are also rude and no help at all. It was pretty sad to see all the rip-off complaints Sleepy's has against them. Well, now you can add mine to the list.
