(Donna) I was charge 16.90 instead of 9.95 per my order confirmation

I was charged 16.90 instead of 9.95 per my order confirmation. When I called Donna at the company's service department she was rude and pretended not to understand my complaint. When asked for a supervisor she said no one was available and the supervsor would tell me the same thing that the shipping was correct. I was promised to get a call back from her supervisor and it has been several days without a call back. So much for the company's invoice statement of "Servcie and satisfation are the top priorities at Solar Ray Lights."
