Ksood Purchased 2008 Nassau 138 jet hot tub LCD TV DVD MP3 Stereo on E-Ba. Paid for in January rec'd in April. Much damage to wooden skirt, no DVD, no Stereo, paid insurance but getting nowhere with claim

Purchased new 2008 Nassau Hot Tub in December, initial shipping bill was $650.00 but jumped to $1100.00. Paid for tub, shipping, insurance for damage on January 10th. O2 Spa told us that tub would not be made until it was paid for.

Waited for 30 days, no sign of tub, no word from O2 Spa, phoned many times, each time was a new excuse " tubs damaged in transit", "Containers detained at Long beach dock ", " Something about smuggling fish ". Etc. Another 30 days and many phone calls. Mid March hot tub on it's way.

Hot tub arrived April, shipped in cardboard and bubble wrap, standing on end. We documented all the unloading on digital camera. (maybe will help in the end) Had delivery driver sign off on all damages. Damages included four broken corners of wooden skirt, broken side, DVD player missing, Stereo radio missing, torn spa cover, bar stools and bar missing, extra wide steps missing, acrylic top of tub marked, air pump broken. LCD tv was tested and did not work.

Subzero insulation package only good if you live in Hawaii. Basically nonexistent.

Contacted O2 Spa that same day, they answered phone and told us new DVD and Stereo being sent out that day, steps, bar stools and bar to follow. All damages would be looked after. Waited for a week, nothing, contacted O2 Spa again, another round of excuses. After that phone went to message machine. Never returned any calls.

Contacted Better Business Bureau in Chino California and the only thing they could tell me was that O2 Spa and Sport had a license to sell. They also told me that there were three unresolved complaints against O2 Spa and Sport at that time.

I had local contractors and Electronic company price repairs and replacement of missing and defective parts. Carpentry bill $1800.00 to replace skirt. Electronic bill for LCD TV, DVD, etc 3400.00 (all has to water proof)

Tub is usable but has leaks. Fixed most of the leaks but still tracking down one.
