I hired this company in October to help file a claim with my insurance company in regards to a damaged roof. After contacting them initially, they missed 2 appointments with me in a row, when someone was supposed to show up.
Eventually an estimate was conducted, and my insurance money check was endorsed to them in advance. They have taken my money and still have yet to put a roof on my house.
I have left several unanswered messages to this company, asking about the status of my claim, and if they are going to put a new roof on my home.
Thus far, they have been paid, but have not conducted the services as required. They will not return phone calls, and every time I actually get to speak with someone, their "so-called" production crew pushes the construction date 1 month, at a time.
These people are nothing more than a fly-by-night agency. The only thing they care about is taking your money, and running with it.
Please Do NOT Conduct business with this company at all! If you do, you risk losing your money! Claim Specialists International does not specialize in anything else but fraud.
Apparently this company claims that they have run short of supplies, and blame bad weather on why they still have not gave me a new roof. This company is full of excuses, and will not provide the services as advertised. As soon as you give them money, they will take it and leave.
While laughing at all of your messages and complaints, as they lavishly spend your insurance company's money.
This company recently lost their standing with the BBB.
Their BBB Accreditation was revoked on 12/18, recent government action concerning the marketplace and its customers that demonstrates a significant failure of the company to support the principles and purposes of BBB accreditation.
On September 5 Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (RBD) alleges that Claim Specialists International Inc. Is doing construction work without a proper building license
BBB Definition: license - A permit or accreditation required by the State, Province, County or Municipality where a company is located indicating competence or professional certification that allows the company to provide products or services related to their particular field or industry.
