They added an extra item to my online order and charged me for it, and had no way for me to cancel, nor was there a submit button — it was a done deal as soon as I gave my credit card info. There is no way to reach a live person on the phone to discuss it. They did not send a receipt or order number via email as most online vendors do. And their website attempts to force or trick you into ordering a whole host of extra items, and it is confusing how to decline.
