On July 19 my wife and I went to the Simoniz site to order 1 bottle of Liquid Dimond car polish for $9.95 plus shipping for a total of $19.90. The site pops up several times asking to add items to your order which we declined, or so we thought. The site is not very clear.
After going through all the extra ites we get to end and find that 3 extra vacumes and an extra bottle of the wax have been added for a total of almost $79.00. Try to find a link of the site to change the order or cancel but, there is none. Attempt to call the number, (262-787-2041), and they are only open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm central time. Do a search and find an email address and send an email to cancel the addtional items but, this comes back undeliverable.
Finally reach a body Tuesday morning and I'm told the order is already being shipped and they will not cancel or modify the order. Must return it for a refund but, the $55.00 in shipping will not be refunded. Asked to talk to a manager and rep refused saying this is their standard policy. These folks are thieves! Chalking this one up to experience. Bc
