I have my parts delivered to my residence and just like the other comments complained about UTS - the company failed to deliver what they promise — gt; Customer Service. I called Nordic Track 1 day before my limited warranty will expire for my yearly maintenance. The agent last 12/9 sent the parts - lubricants and a belt. He then said a technician from UTS will call me to set up an appointment but today is 12/27 and no tech called yet. This is not acceptable.
