We went to a direct buy open house and listened to a presentation. They were very pushy and said if we don't buy the membership today, we would be banned for 7 years. There are prices are higher than what we were told they would be. We have not been able to get our money's worth out of direct buy. I want to get out of this membership and I want my money returned.
