Before purchasing a Richmond American Home, BEWARE! Hire a real estate attorney, because what they say to you and what is the truth are entirely different. Make sure to have your home inspected because Cliff Zielweiger, the home warranty specialist, will lie to make sure his company is not liable for repairs. The level of customer service went from 100% to 0 after Richmond got their check. We will never but a home from Richmond again.
