I ordered a ceiling fan for my sons room. Once I received it I discovered it was cheaply made and was totally an inferior product. Not at all as described in their website. I returned it within the short time frame they allow and have still not received a refund. I emailed them at least 5 times and was told they would check on the status and get back to me. I finally got nowhere with the gal who is supposedly the office manager and went to another person. I am not sure if he is the owner but he is a rude, arrogant, and I believe a mentally disturbed individual. Because I informed him that if I didnt receive a refund soon I would file a complaint against his company he got very beligerant and responds to my emails with more rude and antagonizing remarks. He continually sends me an email saying a refund has been issued when in fact it has not. I respond back to him and immediatley he sends more emails with more beligerent remarks. Now he responds that he knows nothing about a refund. His words exactly "what refund?". His idea of customer service is to harrass his customers and rip them off! I will continue to pursue this matter through various agencies until my money is refunded. It is a shame a person like this is allowed to sell on the internet when clearly he has no idea how to run a reputable business and his mental state is questionable to say the least. I am finished responding to him and lowering myself to his standards. I am seeking outside help with this matter but I caution anyone dealing with this person. Think twice!!
