Construction Pipeline has continually proven that they are not a trustworthy or legitimate company. We received a sales call from them and were initially intrigued by the service that they offered. We told Jay that we would "try" the service for 1 month instead of signing up for a full year. He assured us that they would provide leads to us the next day and every 2 weeks after that and that the leads were in Washington.
They charged our account $100.00 right away. We never received any leads from them. We then called to find out where they were and they said that our email would not allow us to receive from their email address. We gave them 2 more email addresses as well as our business address so that they could mail in the leads. We still never received the leads. We then called Jay and told him we wanted our service cancelled and our money back. He then proceeded to tell me that the office he was in did not have any computers so he could not look up our service. He was rude, offensive and laughed at me when I told him that we were unhappy with the service and wanted a refund. He kept putting me off and telling me that he needs to make the refund request to his billing department and that he needs to go to another office to use a computer as he did not have one where he was at. I told him that he needed to call me back right away. He did not call me back but called the owner of the company.
The owner of the company then told him we wanted a refund and that we never received the leads as he promised. He continued to make excuse after excuse. We told him we wanted a refund and he said that he would refund the money and send us the leads we never received. It has been a week and we still have not been refunded our money or received the leads. We finally drove down there to confront Jay in person but he was out to lunch (shocking). We said we wanted a refund and they said that they would put in that request. Since we went down there we still have not received a refund or the leads and we have called Construction Pipeline everyday to get ahold of Jay but he will not return calls and now the phone number we were given just goes to voicemail.
This is a scam and a rip off! We have not received the leads like they promised even though we spoke with them plenty of times to give different emails and addresses. Do not trust them. They lure you in and then they do not provide what you signed up for. Beware!
