I made the mistake of trying to get sattelite service through this company. Below is a copy of the BBB report I made BEFORE coming here and finding out that BEN, the jerk I talked to and who hung up on me IS THE OWNER! Guess my complaint won't matter after all. No wonder all of his employees are so rude, they follow his lead. Unbelieveable that this guy is still in business. Dont DARE make a mistake or get angry with these guys!

I originally contacted this company to get sattelite service. I was charged $1.05 for a 'credit card validation fee', which was just a bogus charge for them to make money, none of the other companies charge that fee. Then I had to call DishNetwork to get the service and was told I didnt qualify so in subsequent emails to allsat.com, I received the rudest responses, none of them clarifying that my charges would be refunded. I checked my bank account 12.16-03 and saw they are charging me $49.99 for the 'certificate number' given over the phone. I called to verify that this charge would be refunded and was told that I was rude and not to ever call there again and was hung up on. I called back and tried to calmly explain that all I was calling for was to verify the charge would be refunded and before I could even explain this, I was told how rude I am and how they don't want to do business with 'people like me' and how I need to change my attitude, etc. I had to call a THIRD time, still getting the same person, Ben, and was finally able to calmly tell him that ALL I was calling for was for verification of the charges to be refunded to my credit card. He told me I didnt need to be calling them because they had sent me emails saying it would be cancelled. I never received any emails stating that the $49.95 charge would be refunded and by the rude tone of the emails, I did not feel comfortable leaving it to email contact, so I tried to call. I even sent an email complaining about the rude customer service and the rude emails I received and got another rude email in return. This company is extremely unprofessional and there is no room for mistakes or confusion on the customer's part or you will be eaten alive by these people. I made a mistake, I misunderstood, and instead of just clarifying the issues I contacted them about, they were incredibly rude and intimidating and hurtful.

I know nothing will be done about their professionalism but I feel that the owner would hopefully be concerned.
