Premier Steel delivered my building on-time but with damaged and missing materials. Upon notifying Premier, we have received nothing but excuses and lies. Of the 20-30 email messages and calls to my project manager (s), I have only received 2 calls back. I have even gone so far as to leave a message for the company President/Owner (he is too important to take calls) and have not received any better customer service.
I have been waiting 5 weeks (as of July 28) to receive the materials that were missing and damaged and still have not received them. I was told by Premier that my builder could pick up the materials on July 24th. When he arrived at Premier's warehouse, they had no idea he was picking anything up.
Not only is my metal building not complete, my builder is pissed as well. On top of all this, half of the sheet metal is scratched due to poor packaging. I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER PURCHASING A BUILDING FROM www.premiersteel.org.
BTW - My builder has two other buildings on order with Premier and he is close to pulling his orders. They have repeatedly pushed back the delivery date and he is on the verge of losing customers because of Premier.
