I was looking for information on my grandfather and noticed that WEB DETECTIVE offered a three day FREE trial. I had to provide a credit card, but was told it would not be charged unless I signed up after the three day period.
I used the service once and found it to be uninformative with costs to find extra information. I typed in names of people I knew were alive and the site told me they had them confirmed DEAD! And I could pay to see the results.
I decided this site was not for me.
Next thing I know my credit card is being charged $9.95 everyday. I found it out after three consecutive charges we added three days in a row.
I have no way of contacting this group to find out what is going on, I have talked with my CC company and all they have is razoreyemedia.com no e-mail or 800 number to contact them.
This is a total ripoff and should not be allowed to continue.
