I went to home usa warehouse on jan. 15 and paid 100 dollars to put a mattress and box spring on layaway and went back on feb 1 08 and they told me they where liquidating no warniing no nothing with in 2 weeks they are now shutting down they tell me that they have to wait for the court to return my money and i will get a check in the mail 4 weeks later well dumbly i trusted them but kept my reciepts and i have not received a dime back there number just rings and the customer service number has been disconected what am i suppose to do now just be out my money or is there some one i can contact
