I Bought a Stern and Foster mattress on 03/24. The mattress was loosing its form and every day was worst, today the mattress is damaged.
I went to the store for a replacement, they told me that i need to pay for an ispection $53.48
I paid the inspection on 08/03 they came to my home for inspection. On 03/15 they told us that the inspection was approved that i need to contact the store. I have 15 days calling back and forth from the store to the warehouse. Today I spoke to Rene, a very uncooperative salesman and he told me that i need to keep calling the warehouse. When I told him that i need the delivery inmediately he told me that he called the warehouse and the inspection was denied. I am positive that this people is trying to steal my money and I need my money be reimbursed
