We ordered parts on January 3rd 2009 and received a confirmation email. This email stated our parts would ship within 1 week. When we did not receive
parts we sent 3 emails and got no response.
I waited an extra week because they had a message on their website stating that they had system troubles and to please be patient. Now the website has been canceled.
After the website was canceled I found other reports from this company on here. I wish I would have known. One of the reports on this site is nearly a year old. How do they get away with ripping people off for so long?
