Cashed the Bank Cashiers Check for $94.45 and did not send me the parts ordered

On July 24th I sent Garage Door Parts, LLC of 127 Columbia Ave., Passaic, NJ, 07055, a Bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $94.45 along with my order for a 20 foot garage door threshold seal.

The part was advertised at www.garagedoorsupply.com/stormshield.html on the internet.

I have a copy of the Cashiers check which was processed (cashed or deposited) on July 29th and today, May 4, I still have not seen the product nor heard from the company.

I have tried to contact them (more than once) by e-mail on their website "contact us" - - NO RESPONSE!

I have tried to phone them at 1-973-472-4818, NO ANSWER, appears to be disconnected.

I wrote the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, Complaint ID#80043342, no help, they told me to pursue it legally.

I see that this guy has ripped off other people also.
