Defective, Dangerous, Flawed, Broken, Condescending, Arrogant, Nasty, Negligent

They charged me for a replacement of a chain saw chain and a stafety check of the unit.

They forgot to tighten the bolts that hold the chian in place.

The chain flew off in the 4th cut, and luckily I was unhurt as it was in mid cut and became trapped by the log.

When I brought it back they accused me saying it was my fault for not checking the quipment prior to use.

They either were incompetant or negligent - leaving the bolts untightened in something as dangerous as a chain saw.

Be very careful if you have them do any work that could put a user in jepordy.
