I ordered a 14kt white gold chain from this company. The length was 18" and I attempted to contact them to exchange it for a longer chain. First I tried email which would not allow me to send it to this company. I then called them several times and got an answering machine. This company has never called me back. I spent $109 on this chain. Learning lesson for me. I usually read the reviews prior to buying anything off of the internet, but this time it didn't. That won't happen again. Do not buy from this company.
