The bill for shipping and handling for both were billed at $36.85 making the S&H for the drill $27.90. The drill in not worth $27.90. There is no phone number listed other than the one for ordering and that has no out for a live person. None of the normal #* combinations worked to get me to a live person. They offer a money back guarantee less shipping and processing, but at these prices it's not worth getting your $19.95 back.
