I ordered a Dual Drill from TVGoods.com, which is run by Reliant International Media, LLC. The television and internet ad states that the drill comes with a 14 day free trial in which no charges will be made to the credit card of the purchaser. My credit card was charged the day after I received the drill.
I received my husbands Dual Drill one day before his birthday and gave it to him that day. It didn't work as stated in the ads, for construction/heavy duty work, which is what my husband does. I sent the drill back the next day, one day after I received it. It's a good thing I sent it with return receipt requested.
When I called them they stated that they got the drill back 16 days after I got it. Well, I proved them wrong there since I had the postal receipt with their signature only two days after I mailed it back to them! 16 days my foot! The customer service person then stated that only a supervisor could credit my account but that she would make sure her supervisor did that. I had to call twice to get my full credit back.
If you purchase anything from this company and then need to send it back for credit, make sure you use a return receipt or you may have a problem proving that they got it within their time frame for returns.
