They will not give me a correct address to return my product to

I purchased a pond pump on June 26 from the Internet and the receipt/invoice showed the following information:
Pondepot.com, Pond-O-Mania.com
Invoice #1561881, P.O. #7011
Part/Product: Jebao b) PP-377L - 1
The pump was too big to fit in my fountain, so I returned it to address on the invoice - by UPS. UPS notified me the address was wrong, so I called the phone number and I left several messages and got no response.
Then I sent emails to the email address listed on the invoice. Julio Mendez responded to my email saying I needed a Return Authorization Number and so I responded to him THIRTEEN DIFFERENT TIMES via email, to please give
me a current/correct address, phone number and the RAN number. He has responded to my emails about 5 times, each time he says different things, like "have you read our return policy", or "You need a RAN number" or "was the Jebao the only product you ordered", "why are you wanting to return the product?"... He has NEVER given me a RAN or a correct address. I think they are simply stalling until the limited amount of time to return a product expires (30 days - so my time expires on July 26).
