Ripoff bogus return policy if you return product Okuma keeps your money and returned product

I ordered tea from Okuma Nutritionals on a web site, WulongforLife. Okuma uses PayPal to collect money. They do not give a physical address or telephone number on their web site.

When the tea arrived, I was shocked at the tiny box for so much money. I returned the tea the next day, unopened, and with the invoice asking that my money be returned. Two months later there was still no credit return on my credit card and no word from Okuma.

I contacted PayPal which refused to give any information on its merchant and referred me to the same website from which I ordered the tea.

When I contacted the email address in the hard to read colored fine print at the bottom of the page, I was told that they must approve the return first with an authorization number. The rip off is that they refuse to give an authorization number or they delay the communication beyond the allowed 30 days.

Since they would not return the money, I asked for the product to be sent back so at least I had something for my money. They refused. I have neither money nor product. They have both.
