On about April 02, I contracted with Air Around the Clock to install a new A/C air-handler, for $1,795.00, at my home located Davie, Fl. On April 04, while installing my new A/C, a representative of Air Around the Clock put a big deep scratch on my big screen TV. It was agreed, and I paid them only $1,195.00. They agreed that the remaining $600.00 could be withheld, pending repair of the TV screen. On April 07, the following business day, Air Around the Clock put a $1,800.00 lien on my house. The lien was for $1,200.00 more than what was being withheld. To date (July 01) they have not repaired the TV, and in fact threatened me on several occasions.
