I took an
alarm clock to this person on 6-2-10 to get repaired, gave $60 deposit, &
on 6-8-11, no repairs, & clock not put back together as requested.
On 6-2-10, I
took a 1950 Ingraham alarm clock that my grandpa owned to All Time Clock
Service to be repaired, as I had purchased a similar model from eBay to replace
the 'guts' of my grandpa's clock, but the replacement clock's main spring
broke. William Crescenzo looked at both
clocks, and told me that the main spring from the replacement clock was broken,
but that he could fix it with the main spring in the original clock, as it was
not broken. He quoted a bill of $120.00
to repair the original clock, and I gave him a check of $60.00 as a deposit to
get the job done, and he told me that the job would get done by 11.
In the
meantime, I sent Mr. Crescenzo a letter dated 6-3-10 (along with the $60.
