Ripoff

I ordered a clock from j.D. Marvel products in april. As of this date, sept. 28, ihave not recieved the clock. I have emailed them twice and they answered with a shipping date. The last shipping date was supposed to have been sept. 07,02. As of today i have no clock. This company is a major rip-off, as they are still sending new catalogues to me. Help[!!!
