February March contracted with apex pool services to repair leaking pool equipment. The owner arrived qouted me and proceeded to make the repairs. I explained the last repair person did not complete the job as requested. I requested the following:
Repair all leaks, replace valves, replace pipes, paint pipes as requested, secure the motor to the block, repair leaks at pump.
What was actually completed was replace valves and pipes
The remainder was not completed so after about a month, since the unit wasnt secured they started leaking again, the pipes were not painted as requested and just to top it all off, He left all the debri laying in my yard for me to clean up.
I called and requested the job be completed in March & Early April, then finally called and asked for a refund. I have never heard back from the owner or the company.
