I ordered a crib, a dresser and bed rails from this company. I received the crib and rails on time and everything looked nice. I was told the dresser would not come until the after the 20th of that month. Relying on that, my husband and I splurged on something the previous paycheck thinking that it would not be sent until the second one of that month.
After discussing it with my husband, we decided before the 20th that we didn't even want the dresser anymore. I called to cancel and they said it had already been shipped! Twenty minutes later, my husband said they rep said he could intercept it while in the custody of FedEx and have it sent elsewhere. (This was after telling us we would just have to let it get here and pay to send it back though I had free shipping to get it here.)
The representative also told my husband we would not have a charge for the dresser on our card. Only the 407$ for the rails and crib. Low and behold, I checked the balance on our credit card and there was the 770$ for all of the furniture.
I called again and after holding for a good 7 min the lady said the dresser would be back in the warehouse the next day and a few days later the charge would be taken off. We essentially got what we wanted, but it was such a HASSLE to get it all taken care of.
