I ordered a nursery furniture set from this company and after 3 weeks of waiting on it to get here, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called the 1-800 number and once I finally spoke to a representative she informed me that it was not in stock. I explained to her that the website said it was in stock when I ordered it so I was at a loss for understanding how that could be. She apologized, but that didn't make me feel any better. I waited three weeks for a crib, bed rails and a dresser to come to my door and at the end of it all, I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience that my order was cancelled.in my opinion, the least they could have done was ask me if I wanted to wait til it was in stock and offer me some kind of discount.
