Claims high quality foam but that is not true as I sell many products and from time to time sell foam beds also. I picked up there bed at so called clearance price which is even a deal for me as long as the material is as it says it is. Well unfortunately the made is made of low quality cheap material especially the so called 5.3 memory foam they say is comparable to a tempurpedic. Right! Not only is it no way similiar but is actually more like memory foam purchased on ebay for about $100.00 which is 3lb memory foam. Now when you add all this up even at there so called clearance price you realize you were suckered by false advertisement.
Main problem with the bed is that it sinks and sinks until you feet are in the air and your head is high making it very hard to breath. Which indicates low quality material. We have already 3 memory foam beds in our house and this is by far the worst bed ever. I am seriously contemplating taking this mattress apart and weighing it to know for sure if this infact 3lb foam.
Contacted customer service which honestly cares less as they are pushing there stalling tactics by saying someone will call back and reach you. On top of this 3 emails have been sent and never one responded back. I finally get a hold of one rep and at first tried to argue but realize I was more knowledgable about this subject and conceded to my demands of returning the day I received this bed and started initiating to be returned.
I just cant warn you enough about this companys customer service as they try every tactic in the book to stall returning this and even telling you to try and then call after the trial period. RIGHT! What they must take me as a idiot as then you cant return this bed as you trial period is up. Just Crazy People!
Now 3 weeks later I was told they would email me a RMA number and instructions to return this bed but never have even after repeated phone calls and caller blocks. Yes, caller blocks as somehow they know its you and just dont pick up. I have private caller id and they still know somehow so I guess they just blocked the number as I called with my cell phone and got through once then now it is blocked. As I said this is the craziest company I have ever seen. So be warned and dont jump for there so called clearance priced beds as they truly are not as advertised. Thanks
