Memory Foam Outlet on eBay and memoryfoamoutlet.com uses misleading deceptive advertising to sell products.

Company owner tells you what you want to hear in order to sell his mattresses. Attempts to deceive consumers by comparing his mattresses to name brand top notch products but beware because you will not receive quality merchandise.

Purchased 2 mattresses from memory foam outlet that were vacuum packaged. When received, Were defective AND very low quality mattresses not even remotely as described and promised.

Fought for 2 months to get a refund from PayPal. Return policy indicated 30 day satisfaction or money back but BEWARE.in order to return mattresses Memory Foam Outlet (after the fact) requires mattresses to be returned in their flat non-vacuumed packed form which costs more than the mattress did to purchase.

Highly reccommend staying away from this Company!!!
