I ordered a Phenom suit on Aug 8 for my son. I called about three weeks later asking about my order and was told that it was on backorder. Called another two weeks later and I got the same excuse, the black phenom suit was on backorder and will be sent out next Wed. Then I decided that I didn't want to wait for it, so requested a refund. Still have not received a refund (it is now Nov 17) and now when I call the company's phone number, the call doesn't even go through! I have emailed and called numerous times! We are already done with our pop warner season! What a ripoff!!
