Ordered online Oct 29th, The money was taken out of my account within hours (157.71 total). Then items were on backorder. After several emails for several months. On Jan. 22 called an cancelled the item on backorder from Oct. 2007. (70.36 plus shipping) And guess what The money that was taken out of my account so quickly still has not been put back in my account as of May 06. (70.36 plus shipping) Since Jan 22 and May 6th several emails have been sent to them, their response is that it will be the next billing cycle before they can post this to my credit account. I could sure use this money to me this is not pocket change. This is a company that I feel has ripped me off and have to pay me for all I have gone through just to get my money back for something that I have never received.
