Don't do business with Lou Santella or any of his companies. I purchased topsoil which when delivered (2 weeks late) was fill soil. Rather than the 15 yards I paid for, he didn't deliver more than 10. When I called to complain, he instantly began cursing at me for 5 minutes and ended by threatening a lawsuit and lien if I canceled the check I gave him and then hung up.
He's incompetent, abusive and manipulative and should be imprisoned.
