Crate Furniture.com; Homespun Fashions promised to deliver my cushions October. Automated phone service is all they ever had and every time I called they would call me back and tell me my cushion would be deliver in 3 weeks. This went on for months.
Finally I just told them to credit my money back to my bank account where they had originally taken the money on May 31.
To this date I have never received a refund and the 800 number has been disconnected.
Please help me to get my money back or I would even settle for the cushions.
