I bought a new kitchenaid cook top about 5 months ago from sears they have been out twice to replace the module, because the bell stopped ringing, now the burner lock won't work.

I called sears and in about 9 days they will be here to fix it again, and also called kitchenaid. This is a top of the line model all touch sensor and was told when i bought it it was white it is really black with grey spots all over it. I wanted kitchen aid to replace it with a unit that would work even if it had knobs but alas i'm screwed. Sears wanted 200 dollars to restock the thing when it came origianally, I told them the thing wasn't white but they told me that is what kitchenaid calls white, and after talking to kitchenaid today they agree. This thing is a pile of 1300 dollar junk. Hope you can do more than i can, and am willing to take a loss to have something that works.
